Meet Ben.

Hi! I’m Ben Gronberg — a nurse, your Councillor (2021-25), and a proud Devon resident.

As a registered nurse, I’ve learned the value of empathy, trust, and practical, people-first solutions. For the past four years on Devon Council, I’ve brought that same mindset to local leadership — working to strengthen our downtown, improve infrastructure, and plan responsibly for the future.
I’m proud to be a community builder, showing up for local businesses, events, and initiatives that bring people together. I’m also an explorer at heart — always curious, always learning, and always focused on what’s possible for Devon.
I’m seeking re-election to continue building a strong, connected, and forward-thinking community.

Devon is more than where I live — it’s home. And I’m committed to building a future here that we can all be proud of.

I’ve been fortunate to talk with many Devon residents over the years & I always value the opportunity to hear & speak up for what matters most to our community.

Here’s some key priorities that stood out and will continue to guide my work if re-elected:

Support a thriving downtown & business sector by encouraging initiatives that benefit both residents & local businesses
Provide opportunities for the community to be heard, connect & support each other
Maintain & enhance the accessibility, safety, character & natural beauty of Devon & our trails
Promote long-term affordability by supporting diverse housing options and keeping municipal spending responsible and transparent.
